Conditioning


Conditioning classes have evolved from the no contact element of the training that we use to prepare fighters for competition. All of the classes are based on an interval training model which allows participants to work and rest as much as they like. A fitness novice can complete one of our classes training next to a professional fighter and both are guaranteed to get what they need from the class to achieve their training goals. You decide at the D-Unit CSH how hard you want to push yourself or how much of a rest you need to take. We encourage people to work hard but listen to their body. We appreciate everyone is capable of different things and like to promote gradual progress at a pace you are comfortable with. If you are nervous about coming to our conditioning classes, or don’t think you would be capable of taking part in one, we can guarantee you that people in worse shape than you have come to the D-Unit CSH and had success.
